Q: What format do the digital downloads come in?

A: They currently are high resolution PDFs and PNGs that can be re-sized or formatted for whatever your needs are. You can print them and color physically or color digitally. 

Q: Can I import the coloring pages into an app?

A: Yes, of course! Purchase and download the pages. Go to the app of your desire and insert or import the image. Make sure to create a new layer so you can color without the pressure of staying in the lines :) 

Q: How long does it take for files to download?

A: No time at all! They should send to your email and be available to download almost immediately upon purchase, sometimes it can take a couple minutes depending on processing and service. If you are having issues please contact me. 

Q: How long does it take to receive customer support?

A: up to 72 hours! I am sorry as I am a one person show and I work full time and go to school. Thank you for being patient with me :) 

Q: How do you price the digital items?

A: I create all the artwork and crafts myself with no AI, therefore things take me awhile to produce. I want to ensure my products look nice for everyone! Digital downloads can  also be reprinted and reused multiple times, getting the most out of your purchase!

Q: What can you do with digital downloads besides as just basic coloring pages?

A: Digital coloring pages can be used for all kinds of fun things. You can print and color using different coloring palettes, or designs. You can also change your medium and print your own stickers using the coloring pages, or print on iron safe paper and make your own custom bags or clothes with prints you have downloaded and colored! :)
